Living
Your Strengths Journey
Living Your
Strengths is a program produced by the Gallup Organization that emphasizes the
philosophy that, “You are at your best when you do what you naturally do best.”
Participants
receive a copy of the book and journal, Living Your Strengths, and take
an online survey that reveals their top five themes of talent.
The journey
consists of six sessions in a small group setting exploring the top themes of
talent for each participant by:
-
defining and understanding the
themes
-
observing themes in everyday
activities and relationships
-
discussing how others see these
themes in you
-
recognizing how our themes drive
the activities to which we are drawn
-
learning how these top themes
can be used to manage weaknesses
-
creating a vision for the future
use of our God given talents in every area of our lives, including the
church.
Opportunities to
participant in a Living Your Strength Journey occur on an ongoing basis. Check
